For someone who have no choice but to bear the stress that "Christmas in metro" is bringing in to my head and everything around me, I’m still glad that there’s a colorful break from all these stress – AND IT’S FREE!
On its sixth consecutive year, Ayala Triangle Gardens lighted up the bustling pocket of green at the heart of Makati City with unbelievable Christmas lights that dance so well to the Christmas tunes being played around the park. Yep, its that time of the year again for the Ayala Triangle Gardens' Festival of Lights!
Serving as a breather to the hard-working employees of the Central Business District, Ayala Triangle Gardens is now filled with thousands of multi-colored LED lights and blazing full-color laser lights to mark the start of Yuletide cheers in the district.

You'll know Christmas is just around the corner when Ayala Avenue, the country's prime avenue, lights up its decorated center aisles with Christmas joy to spread hope and love to the working crowd of Makati Central Business District!
At exactly 6 o’clock tonight, together with Ayala Avenue, the major thoroughfares of Makati Central Business District will light up with a dazzling display of more than a million LED lights which instantly put Makati denizens and visitors into a festive mood.
Designed by Zenas Pineda, Ayala Avenue, Makati Avenue, Paseo de Roxas, and extending to South Avenue are ready to brighten up our moods with their lighted wild flowers and weeds design that are sure to kick the Christmas spirit in each and everyone of us.

It's Christmas in Makati City!
Yes, its that time of the year again where Christmas lights are all over the major thoroughfares of Makati Central Business District visible and adding delight to every passerby of this modern and evolving city. With this year's theme "Season of Sharing", get ready to be welcomed by amber-colored Christmas light, white ribbons, colorful rings and arches that depicts Filipino tradition of festivity.
After years of displaying a wonderful and futuristic spectacle on the avenues of Ayala, Paseo de Roxas and Makati, Makati City has brought the dim lights back through a display of amber-colored Christmas lights this year mounted on the trees around the three avenues.
Though amber in color, Mel Ignacio, Assistant Vice President of Ayala Land, said that these lights are still LED lights, which are still safe for the trees they hanging on to. She also added that this year, Makati's Christmas celebration will be going beyond the spectacle and pleasure derived from streets all aglow. The city that makes it all happen is also a city with a heart.

Fersal Hotel: Your Home for the 2012 Caracol Festival
If you haven’t heard, aside from the bonggacious and really world-class festivals in Cebu, Iloilo and Aklan, January is also the month where Makati City, Philippines’ most developed city, will celebrate its Caracol Festival. This festival that happens on the last Sunday of January closes down the busiest avenues in the metro such as Makati Avenue and Ayala Avenue, something you should watch out for!
And this year, with high hopes that this festival will be grander and more exciting, it’s best to book you hotels now and feast with the amazing talents of Makati’s public school students as they dance on the streets. And with that, I suggest the Fersal Hotel at Neptune Street, Makati City.
Located at the heart of Makati, Fersal Hotel offers the comforts of home that Fersal Group of Hotels has known for.

Ayala Triangle lights up for the 2011 Symphony of Lights
If still haven't been to this side of town, well, I'm gonna tell you that you've been missing a lot! Because this Yuletide cheers that Ayala and Makati City have prepared for us is the one that I considered the best treat that you'll get this Christmas, and everything is for free!
I'm a Makati corporate slave, and believe it or not, it was just last December 23rd that I finally had time to catch this show. As beautiful as the one we saw on the flick "Avatar" by James Cameron, Ayala Triangle Garden just made our Christmas colorfully brighter with this year's Symphony of Light, a music and lights show.
Dancing to the heart-warming Christmas songs are these thousands of twinkling Christmas lights making the world of Pandora real, something that young and old can enjoy for free.

Makati Lights Up for Holidays 2010!
It is the most wonderful time of the year again, and as part of their most joyous and heart-warming celebration, Makati City in cooperation with Ayala Land lighted up the three main avenues of Makati Central Business District for Yuletide 2010!
I was there when the switching on ceremony happened, and I together with thousands of spectators from different walks of life got the first glimpse of the wonderfully adorned avenues of Ayala, Makati and Paseo de Roxas.
